A certified career mentor and psychometric testing professional, Brigadier Rajeev Athreye brings, three decades of experience in the Indian Army, alongwith a decade plus of expertise in education and personality assessment. He has assessed and mentored thousands of individuals (student, professionals and entrepreneurs) to discover themselves and move forward towards more purposeful and structured growth.
He founded Vdya with the mission of making personality awareness accessible, personalised, and deeply impactful—especially for students from underserved and regional-language backgrounds.
Vdya, is a platform dedicated to democratizing personality insights and career counselling. We aspire to empower students, professionals, and institutions through psychometric tools, personalised coaching, and awareness-building workshops to "own their lives and careers". We wish to make "clarity" accessible to all, especially those in underserved and regional language systems.
